AW’s Giga-projects, designed to create new smart cities with self reliant ecosystems and unlock new sectors, are heavily enabled by and promote patented technology and knowledge from across the globe. 

The giga-projects are designed to stimulate the economy and their benefits are expected to expand significantly beyond the real estate and infrastructure sectors. 

This will help diversify the economy away from the use of oil, especially given their sheer scale. We support their economic transformation efforts and promote investments in several sectors, while achieving high returns over the medium and long terms. There are currently two giga-projects in our portfolio.
